1.1 What is Pay-Pro?
Pay-Pro is the service name of our cashier system.
1.2 What is the Pay-Pro Cashier System?
The Pay-Pro Cashier System is a unique system designed for exclusive use by commonly owned poker websites sharing a common multi-table game platform.
1.3 What is PKRSer.com?
'PKRSer.com' is the credit card billing descriptor of PKR Services Limited. Charges for transactions made at the Pay-Pro Cashier will appear as 'PKRSer.com' on your credit card statement.
1.4 In what way are PKR Services Limited and the poker site related?
The poker site is owned by a company that is an affiliate company to PKR Services Limited.

General Questions

2.1 What are the minimum and maximum deposit and cash out amounts?
The minimum deposit is $50. The maximum deposit depends on how long you have been using the Pay-Pro Cashier System and the payment method you use. Likewise, the minimum amount you can cash out is $50, and the maximum is determined by the length of time you have been a real money player with PartyPoker.com.
2.2 What is the Email Validation Code and how do I validate my poker account?
For security reasons, each poker site using our system will email you an Email Validation Code that you must enter at the poker site. Doing so will verify that the email address you provided to them when you registered is really your proper email address. The code is emailed to you when you open your poker account. When you first attempt to add money to your poker account, you will need to enter it. You will not be able to add money or play any real money games until you validate your email.
2.3 Are there any costs or fees for using the Pay-Pro Cashier System?
No, the Pay-Pro Cashier System does not charge for using the system and does not charge you for adding money to, or cashing out from, your poker account. However, some fees may be applied by your credit card company or bank, depending on how you want to send us money, or how you want to receive it. Or, if you request a cash out and want us to wire you the money, you will be charged a wire fee by your bank and by us, depending on the amount of transfer. 2.4 Which currencies does the Pay-Pro Cashier System use?
The Pay-Pro Cashier System transacts in US dollars only. We accept all foreign currencies, but they will be converted into USD by your bank at the bank's standard conversion rates.
2.5 How do I get an account statement of my financial transactions and game results?
To receive a list of all your financial transactions with the Pay-Pro Cashier System, please log in to the poker application, click on the PartyAccount '$' button and then 'Show History'. You will automatically receive a report of your most recent financial transactions in and out of your poker account.

To receive a list of games played and outcomes, please contact the poker site in question and ask them to send you a detailed log of the game in question. Please be sure to specify the game for faster service.
2.6 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept many different payment methods including credit cards, wires, iGM-Pay, FirePay, and more. For a complete list of the payment methods we accept, please see Deposit Options.

Deposit Money to Your Poker Account

3.1 How do I add money to my poker account?
Log in to the poker software and click on the PartyAccount '$' button, then select 'Deposit'. On the next page you will need to enter the amount you want to add and select the deposit method you want to use. Each method will vary in procedure, transfer time to us, and fees. For a list of acceptable payment methods, transfer times and fees, see the Deposit Options.

Once we receive confirmation of the money being transferred to us, the amount will be deposited into your poker account and reflected in your poker account balance.

We will email you a receipt of each deposit and cash out you make. Please keep these receipts for your records. Each receipt will detail the amount charged, how it will appear on your bank statement and any bonus amounts that were added to your poker account balance and for which promotion.

Cashing Out From Your Poker Account

4.1 How do I cash out from my poker account?
Log in to the poker software, go to the PartyAccount and select 'Cash Out'. Enter the amount you want to cash out and then click 'Submit.' The amount cashed out will be processed as follows:

i. We may always at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a debit card or virtual payment accounts first.

ii. Upon completion of your request, we will email you a receipt containing a confirmation number and detailed information of the amount cashed out and how it is being sent to you. Please keep this receipt for your records.

4.2 Are there any restrictions before I can cash out?
No, there are no restrictions. But if you have received complimentary or bonus money into your poker account, you must comply with any bonus restriction contained in the offer and/or with the poker sites' terms and conditions. If you have not satisfied these restrictions, then you will not be able to withdraw any amount until you satisfy the bonus restrictions.

4.3 Can I modify/cancel my cash out after I make it?
Depending on the status of your cash out, you may or may not be able to modify or cancel a cash out before it is actually approved or sent out. You may check this by going to the PartyAccount, clicking 'Deposits' and seeing if the cash out is still pending - in which case you will be able to cancel it and have the money automatically deposited back to your poker account.
4.4 How long after I make a cash out will I receive my money?
Depending on which payment method you chose for us to send your money with, the time will vary. For a list of options of how to receive your money from us, transfer time and fees; please see Receiving Your Cash Outs.
4.5 Where is my cash out?
To receive a status update on your cash outs, please log in to the poker software, click on the PartyAccount '$' button, then 'Cash Outs' and then 'Where's My Money' to receive a report of each cash out and where it is.
